In their own words
BatchDialer
BatchDialer is a cloud-based dialing platform with predictive, preview, and rapid-fire dialing, real-time analytics, and a built-in CRM. It supports inbound call forwarding, queues, IVR, voicemail drops, and unlimited inbound and outbound calling across its plans. Starter provides three lines per agent; Pro and Enterprise provide five. Every plan includes phone reputation monitoring, while automatic number replacement is included with Pro and Enterprise. Those two plans also provide live AI prompts, automatic transcripts, AI-generated call summaries, and sentiment analysis. Other tools include call recordings, live listening, whisper coaching, call barging, live dashboards, and agent reporting. Recording retention is 90 days on Starter, 180 days on Pro, and 365 days on Enterprise. Integrations include HubSpot, Podio, Zoho, PropStream, BatchLeads, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, and Intercom, plus Zapier-powered connections. Plans start at $95 a month per agent; there is no free plan, and a 7-day trial is available. Trial users can dial from three phone numbers, and the trial transitions to the selected paid subscription when it ends.
Voicent
Voicent develops software for automated voice, email, and text communication, with point-and-click controls for sharing information and exchanging ideas. Its hosted service runs in a browser and can be accessed from computers, phones, and tablets. Cloud plans include call-center features such as agent dashboards, predictive dialing, and campaigns. Voicent says its cloud service has no contact limit and allows unlimited contact imports without extra fees. Calls are billed from pickup to hang-up, with a 30-second minimum followed by six-second increments. Features include call recording, voicemail drop, and dialing modes such as predictive, progressive, preview, click-to-call, and alternate phone dialing. CRM integrations include Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, MySQL, and Voicent CRM. The service lists a free plan, paid options from $19/mo, and a 30-day trial. Standard support is available weekdays from 8am to 5pm PST, excluding holidays or closures.
