In their own words
bavoli
bavoli is a web service combining restaurant ordering, reservations, waitlists, menus, guest profiles, and a phone agent. Guests can place pickup, delivery, QR table-service, or kiosk orders through one menu. Reservations can come from a restaurant website or Google, while the digital waitlist provides real-time wait times and automatic notifications. Guest CRM records preferences, visit history, dietary needs, and special occasions. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and includes unlimited reservations, waitlist parties, and covers, texts for the first 25 parties monthly, and 60 phone-agent minutes once. Plus is $30 a month or $300 a year; Pro is $60 a month or $600 a year. A phone-agent add-on costs $50 a month or $500 a year, and an Event pass costs $150, paid once. Ordering fees are $0.50 pickup, $1.00 delivery, and 0.5% QR or kiosk; delivery is currently for US restaurants.
TablesReady
TablesReady manages digital waitlists, reservations, and guest messaging for restaurants and other businesses handling queues or appointments. Guests can join through staff, a kiosk, SMS, a TablesReady page, a business website, or Reserve with Google. Customizable notifications and two-way SMS let guests confirm, cancel, or reply. Staff can use a visual floor plan to view party statuses, move parties with drag and drop, and track table turns in real time. Listed integrations include Square POS, Reserve with Google, Stripe, Zapier, an API, and webhooks. TablesReady offers a native iOS app, a web app for Android, and browser access on desktop and laptop. The free plan costs nothing and includes 150 messages per month and up to 100 parties. Starter is listed at $39 a year and Business at $79 a year, both billed monthly with annual billing. A 14-day trial is listed. Message quantities apply to the US and Canada; other international destinations receive one-tenth of those quantities. The company says its team has worked on the service since 2011.
