| Integrations | The privacy policy names Google Reserve, Stripe, and POS systems as integrations or connected services. | TenantVolt documentation describes connecting payment, accounting and delivery partners through integrations and webhooks, but the page does not name specific partners. |
| Reservations | Guests can book through a restaurant's website or Google, and Plus and Pro include card holds and no-show fees. | Reservation conflicts are checked within a database transaction so overlapping bookings for the same table are rejected. |
| Security | Bavoli's DPA says data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256, with role-based access controls and row-level security. | The privacy notice says TenantVolt uses encryption in transit and at rest, database-level tenant isolation with row-level security, role-based access controls, privileged-action audit logging and rate limiting. |
| Support | Bavoli lists [email protected] and says it typically responds within four business hours. | Standard support tickets have a stated first response time of one business day on every plan; urgent Scale and Enterprise tickets have a stated two-hour response time. |
