Its Workforce Intelligence Suite models change scenarios, anticipates talent risks, and identifies automation opportunities. The execution suite covers job design and calibration, sourcing and matching, Talent CRM, talent marketing, events, campus recruiting, career sites, chatbots, and talent analytics. Beamery says its Ray advisor provides transparent, context-aware recommendations for workflows and decisions. Certified integrations are available for Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, with public APIs and custom integrations also supported. Listed partners include ADP, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn CRM Connect, and Indeed Recruiter Extension. Beamery states ISO 27001 certification since 2020 and an annual SOC 2 Type 2 report. It describes TLS 1.2 or above in transit, AES 256 encryption at rest, and SAML 2.0 SSO. Customer data can be stored in the US or EU by preference, with a stated 99.9% uptime SLA. Pricing and subscription limits are available on request.
SkillsEngine
SkillsEngine provides skills-based analytics, labor-market insights, and career-alignment tools for work and learning communities. Its AI-driven translation tool turns job posts, resumes, curricula, and other text into skills profiles. Users can create profiles for jobs, curriculum, credentials, and individuals, then share and co-edit them with partners and subject-matter experts. The platform supports surveys to gather expert feedback and validate skill requirements at scale, and offers a curated library of profiles and skill sets, including templates. Labor-market insights incorporate U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data. APIs are available in beta with custom organization accounts; listed endpoints translate text, search skills and skill sets, find job-profile templates, retrieve profile skills, and list custom profiles. A free personal account allows one profile. Basic Team costs $999 a month, with unlimited seats. API add-ons are $499 a month or $999 a month, each in addition to Basic Team. The service is available on web and through its API, but there is no mobile application.
