In their own words

Beckon Access

Beckon Access is a cloud-managed access-control system for gyms, golf clubs, gated communities, and businesses. It combines a management portal, Beckon IoT hardware, and a mobile app; users can open nearby doors and gates with a tap. Operators can create temporary accounts, provide partner access, and issue day passes that do not require the app. Hardware supports WiFi and 4G/LTE, with a SIM included for LTE devices. The devices are designed to operate online or offline independently of local infrastructure, with failsafe mode, automatic fault detection, and monitoring. Operators can send push notifications, emails, SMS, and newsletters, and optionally require confirmation before zone entry. The platform manages subscriptions, scheduled activation and deactivation, SEPA direct debit, and returns. Integrations include a REST management API with real-time webhooks and a Magicline connector. Setup, training, and ongoing support are included, with installation coordinated through a scheduled video call and a local electrician or locksmith. Listed charges include a €99.00 monthly club management add-on, €499.00 one-time installation plus call-out charge, and hardware at €999.00 once per entrance, with connectivity charges.

Sentry Interactive

Sentry Interactive adds mobile credentials to compatible physical access control systems, letting organizations support phone-based entry without replacing existing reader hardware. A smartphone can act as the NFC reader for tap-to-unlock, and users can also enter by scanning a QR code. iOS and Android widgets provide remote door access, while users can share time-sensitive digital keys. Administrators can apply time, geofence and IP restrictions to credentials and manage tenant, employee and visitor access from a desktop, tablet or smartphone. Sentry says its credentials work with more than 20 physical access control systems and can be embedded in third-party building and management apps. Its SDK also lets other applications, including an organization's own app, add mobile credentials. Smart Access Tiles are passive NFC units placed near doors; they need no batteries, power or cabling and link to the cloud through QR code. The company describes its security approach as using asymmetric cryptography and Zero Trust, with audit logging and privacy regulation compliance. Pricing is on request. Listed platforms are Android, API, iOS and web.
