Onguard CreditManager

Onguard CreditManager is a cloud-based system for automating credit-management and collections work. Credit and finance teams can configure dunning workflows, segment customers, manage disputes and apply collection rules for subsidiaries. Credit scoring uses internal and external data, alongside cash-flow forecasts and performance indicators. Dashboards and an agenda provide near-real-time views of tasks, payments, KPIs, performance and risks. The Customer Portal lets customers view or download invoices, pay online, register payment notices, raise disputes and ask questions; it supports mobile devices and is available with CreditManager version 3.19 and later. Onguard says the service works with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and AS400, plus Marketplace APIs and web services. It runs on Microsoft Azure public cloud through a browser over HTTPS. Listed protections include TLS 1.2 or higher, single-tenant databases, a 99.8% uptime SLA and four-hour target recovery during business hours. Pricing is on request.
