RepairShopr is a cloud system for repair shops and other service businesses, combining ticketing, customer management, invoicing, and marketing. Its tickets can be organized by status, problem type, customer, assigned technician, and due date. A customer web portal lets people check repair status, review invoice history, accept or decline estimates, and download invoice and ticket PDFs.

Inventory tools track stock, purchase orders, warranties, and reorder reminders, while the point of sale is linked to inventory. Marketr supports scheduled follow-ups, including 14-day and 90-day follow-ups, as well as custom campaigns. Listed integrations include QuickBooks, Xero, Zapier, Google Calendar, Slack, Stripe, PayPal, and RepairTech; the maker also says integrations can be customized through its API. The paid service has no free plan and offers a 14-day trial. Starter Annual is $59.99 a year and includes 75 tickets and invoices per month, one location, and one user account.
