PayGapCheck
PayGapCheck is a web-based salary intelligence platform for European organisations navigating the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Its ReadinessCheck uses about 48 questions across seven axes and does not require salary data. For pay equity analysis, it accepts an anonymised employee compensation XLSX file in a structured template, then produces a report with six analysis modules, AI insights, and an HRIS-ready Excel review file. The report covers company-wide median and mean pay gaps, cohort analysis, quartile distribution, representation ratios, gap typology, and estimated remediation costs. HireGapCheck evaluates internal equity, compression risk, urgency, observed offer range, and EU transparency criteria before an offer. Plans include a one-time SME purchase at €199 as a one-time purchase, billed plus VAT where applicable, with up to 249 employees and 14-day access; other one-time plans cover different organisation sizes and readiness assessment. Reports require no account and are available for 14 calendar days. Raw employee data and generated reports are deleted after 14 days, though anonymised aggregates may be retained. The terms say outputs are observational, not legal determinations.
