CoAd Enroll
CoAd Enroll is a web benefits-administration platform for CoAd PEO clients. Employees can compare plans, view cost estimates, manage dependents, enroll in medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401(k) benefits, or waive coverage. The platform also supports HRA, life insurance, voluntary benefits, and multiple medical-plan tiers. Employees start qualifying life-event changes and upload required documents; mid-year changes go to HR for approval before carriers are updated. Live EDI connections automatically transmit enrollments, terminations, and changes to insurance carriers, while recorded waivers are included in those transmissions. CoAd Enroll triggers COBRA notices, tracks election windows, and manages payment processing. Its ACA reporting support uses enrollment records to provide 1094/1095 data. Employees access it through the CoAd Quantum self-service portal from any device without another login or app. CoAd describes integration with Quantum and its wider HR infrastructure, and lists partners including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, bswift, Ease, Employee Navigator, PlanSource, WEX, and MetLife.
