BestText is a business messaging platform for SMS, MMS, and ringless voicemail, with tools for campaign automation, audience targeting, and two-way conversations. AI triggers can answer frequently asked questions and route replies, while drip campaigns send messages on a schedule. Dynamic merge fields and audience segments support personalized messages; MMS can carry pictures and video. Teams can assign, tag, and answer incoming messages in a shared inbox. Keyword opt-ins support text-to-join, double opt-in, and instant autoresponders. Reporting includes delivery by carrier, clicks, replies, opt-outs, voicemail listens, and callbacks. For bulk ringless voicemail, users can send through a REST API or CSV, and routing can be tuned with read-only call-tracking data. BestText says it registers customer brands and campaigns directly with The Campaign Registry for 10DLC. It offers onboarding, campaign and deliverability guidance, and compliance paperwork assistance. The service runs on the web and API, has no free plan, and offers a 14-day trial; pricing is on request. The RVM dashboard accepts MP3 or WAV audio of 70 seconds or less.
