Its AI Agent accepts natural-language requests for tasks including payroll, leave management, policy enforcement and candidate shortlisting; AI actions are permission-aware and logged, and can require manager or HR approval. Better HR lists API and file-based integrations for accounting and ERP platforms, with specific platforms discussed with the company. It runs on Android, iOS, web and API. Standard Plan annual billing is listed at $2.20 a year, billed per user/month; bi-annual billing is $2.50 a year, billed per user/month. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
