Better Proposals
Better Proposals is a web service for preparing and sending proposals and other documents, with built-in electronic signatures, payment collection, and client activity tracking. Its analytics can show whether a document was received, opened, read, forwarded, downloaded, or signed, as well as time spent on individual sections. Users can take payments through documents and proposals, with integrations including Stripe, GoCardless, and PayPal. Advanced CRM integrations are available for HubSpot and Salesforce. The service supports custom branding and offers more than 260 free document templates. Teams can assign roles, manage access and permissions, track progress, and control who can send documents. Signatures are stated to comply with EU and US electronic signature legislation. Proposals are designed for phones and computers, and the service is accessible wherever there is an internet connection. Starter costs $13 per user per month when billed annually and allows one seat and 10 documents each month. There is no free plan; a 14-day trial requires no credit card or cancellation.
Intuiface
Intuiface is a no-code platform for creating, deploying, managing, and measuring interactive digital experiences. Its Composer editor uses visual drag-and-drop authoring, with more than 200 triggers and more than 200 actions for building interactions without code. Experience Generator turns a text prompt into an experience that can be published to the web and opened in Composer. Projects can use images, video, documents, audio, 3D models, maps, locally hosted webpages, and YouTube videos. API Explorer connects to REST-based web services for displaying or uploading real-time content. Built-in AI connections include OpenAI GPT, DALL-E, Whisper, and Vision, with other language models available through web APIs. Analytics can record interaction and contextual events, create charts and dashboards, export data, and forward it to Excel, Mixpanel, Segment, or REST services. Offline analytics are stored locally and uploaded after connectivity returns. The platform is positioned for workplace experiences, brand activations, visitor engagement, product storytelling, self-service, and kiosks. It runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows, but Composer requires Windows; macOS use requires Windows in Boot Camp or virtual-machine software. The trial lasts 28 days; no plan prices are listed.
