Responder costs $29 a month per license when billed annually. Better Stack says it is SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant, but not HIPAA compliant. It also describes encryption at rest and in transit, automated backups, and redundant storage where appropriate.

SIGNL4 supports email, webhooks and REST API, and the maker says it has more than 200 verified third-party integrations, including Checkmk, Icinga, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow and Zabbix. The free Starter plan supports up to five users and includes push alerts, a native mobile app, ad-hoc duty management and connectivity through email, webhook and REST API. Commercial subscriptions are for businesses and public institutions, not private users.
