Overview

LeasingAI handles prospect conversations from first questions through screening, tour scheduling and follow-up. It can recommend units based on renter preferences and community availability, and keeps webchat, email, text and voice interactions together in one conversation—even when a prospect considers multiple communities. That continuity is useful for operators juggling inquiries across properties, though the value depends on having workflows and property data configured to support it.

Operators can set discovery questions, screening criteria and selling points, and choose whether the workflow should prioritize a tour or an application. Applicant workflows, online applications, tour scheduling and e-signatures are also listed capabilities. Elise A.I. Technologies Corp. was founded in 2017 and is headquartered at 401 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10016.

Key features

Multichannel lead handling

EliseAI supports voice, SMS, email and web chat, with service described as available 24/7. It can answer questions, match properties, screen prospects, book tours and follow up. Bringing exchanges into one prospect conversation offers a practical advantage over handling each channel in isolation, particularly when renters contact multiple communities. The configurable questions and priorities let operators adapt the process, but also mean they must decide what information to gather and what outcomes to favor.

Guided tours and integrations

AI-Guided Tours lets prospects tour on their own schedule with an AI assistant that can answer questions and present property and unit details. Tours can use temporary one-time codes through smart locks or lockboxes, and may require ID verification beforehand. For operators already using compatible systems, tours sync with CRM and property-management data; the Engrain integration adds interactive maps with live unit availability and details. Those connections can make self-guided visits more informative, but the feature is most compelling when the operator’s existing systems and access setup fit the workflow.

VoiceAI and support

VoiceAI handles leasing and resident calls, including tour booking, maintenance and renewal conversations. It logs transcripts in EliseCRM and can escalate unresolved requests to staff. Its page says it speaks 33 languages, while its FAQ says it supports over 50 languages for spoken interactions. That difference makes it prudent for buyers with specific language requirements to confirm coverage for their use case. EliseAI says solutions engineers, in-house support and learning and development teams help with implementation; housing customers are directed to submit support tickets through its Housing Support link.

EliseAI says it integrates with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan and AppFolio, as well as CRM, ILS, touring and access partners. Its integrations page names access-control and smart-building partners including Brivo and Butterfly MX.

Pricing

LeasingAI uses paid, custom pricing. Prospective customers are directed to request a demo or contact sales, and the product has no stated trial duration. That sales-led path may suit larger operators evaluating implementation and integrations, but buyers cannot compare a published price or trial period before engaging. No seat, usage or contract terms are stated.

Platforms

LeasingAI is listed for Android, iOS and web. Mobile access is supported on both mobile platforms, alongside web access.

Who it's for

EliseAI describes its housing products as serving multifamily, student, affordable and single-family rental operators, including property managers, owners and fee managers. LeasingAI is best suited to teams that handle substantial prospect communication across communities and want configurable screening, applications and tours within a connected workflow. Smaller operators seeking a self-serve, transparently priced tool may prefer to compare options with a public price or free entry plan.

Pros and cons

Pros: A single conversation follows a prospect across webchat, email, text, voice and multiple communities, helping preserve context.
Pros: Operators can tailor questions, screening criteria, selling points and whether tours or applications take priority.
Pros: Guided tours can combine access codes, optional ID verification, property data and Engrain maps with live availability.
Cons: Custom pricing and a sales-led buying process make early budget comparisons difficult; no trial duration is stated.
Cons: Buyers with language requirements should verify VoiceAI coverage, given the page's differing counts of 33 and over 50 spoken languages.

Alternatives

LOFT is worth considering for renters or residents seeking a free plan: LOFT for residents is free, though sign-up requires the property manager’s community to be registered with LOFT. RealPage Leasing is another paid option for Android, iOS and web. Entrata may suit buyers considering a broader property-management platform; it supports Android, API, iOS and web, with pricing handled through sales. VTS Activate Multifamily is another paid Android, iOS and web option.

DashQ Leasing Center may suit teams willing to evaluate consumption-based screening charges tied to the community and application, alongside demo-based pricing. Knock CRM is a paid alternative for buyers who prioritize API, iOS and web access. MagicDoor may appeal to buyers wanting a published starting price: Advanced - AI Assistant (1-year contract) is 1.50 USD per month, billed monthly, with pricing starting at 25 units. Rently Smart Leasing offers a different pay-per-listing approach: Basic Leasing is 28.00 USD per month per listing credit, with annual credits also available.

Verdict

Choose EliseAI LeasingAI if your rental operation needs always-on, multichannel prospect handling tied to configurable screening and guided tours across communities. Its strongest reason to buy is the way it joins conversations, recommendations and next steps; its strongest reason to look elsewhere is the lack of a published price or trial duration for an early, low-commitment evaluation.
