Beyond
Beyond provides dynamic pricing and revenue management tools for short-term rental owners and managers. Its pricing engine updates listing prices daily using demand, seasonality, regional events, and day-of-week patterns. Portfolio controls include base and minimum prices, minimum stays, overrides, changeover days, time-based adjustments, extra guest fees, and gap adjustments. Pro uses guest search behavior to inform future rates and display patterns such as guest origin and interest in amenities. The mobile app lets users review bookings and demand, adjust prices, and act on recommendations and push notifications. Integrations listed by Beyond include Avantio, Beds24, Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, and OwnerRez. The Free plan offers market and listing insights but does not change prices. Growth is $1 a month, billed at 1% of bookings; Pro is $1.25 a month, billed at 1.25% of bookings. The first $5,000 USD in bookings are not charged, and existing calendar bookings are excluded. There are no contracts or setup fees.
