In their own words
BidNet Direct
BidNet Direct connects vendors with government bid opportunities and gives government agencies tools to publish, distribute, and award solicitations. Vendors can register for free to view, download, and respond to relevant bids, and receive curated alerts and real-time matches by email. Responses submitted electronically remain sealed until the closing date, and vendors may change a response until then. Buyers can create solicitations, distribute them to vendors matched through NIGP codes, run online Q&A, and award by line item or lump sum. The buyer system also includes vendor management, bid and addendum distribution, award distribution, and audit and control tools. Optional buyer modules cover evaluation, contract management, vendor performance, pre-qualification, and approval workflows. BidNet Direct says it uses AWS and localized data hosting, keeping US customer data in the United States. Vendor subscriptions include Local coverage for one state, Regional for three states at $200 a month, and National coverage at $330 a month. Federal bid coverage and advertising profiles are listed as add-ons. The service is web-based and targets local government procurement teams and vendors seeking public-sector opportunities.
ProposalWorkspace
ProposalWorkspace is an AI-assisted proposal management platform for federal and state government contractors. It brings SAM.gov notices and covered state and local notices into a shared feed and scores them against a company profile. For a solicitation, it can extract requirements with page or section citations and produce a GO/NO-GO worksheet, compliance matrix, and submission checklist. The editor supports AI drafting, co-authoring with tracked changes, and proposal-volume exports. It can match team members to required positions using resume evidence and check resumes and commitment letters against solicitation requirements. Collaboration includes live calls with AI transcription, chat, tasks with reminder emails, presence indicators, and an activity timeline. Each plan includes a connector for remote MCP-compatible assistants and a Word, Excel, and PowerPoint panel with pre-flight checks, page limits, the Company Library, and built-in AI. Exports include DOCX, PDF, Excel matrices and checklists, and flattened PDFs with notes and highlights. Solo is $99 a month on annual billing, with two seats and 700 monthly AI credits.
