Easy Takeoffs is browser-based construction takeoff software for measuring PDF plan sets and producing quantities. On upload, it can name plan sheets and detect drawing scales automatically. Measurement tools cover lines, polylines, areas, counts, angles, and curved segments, with snapping to drawing geometry. You can search text across plan sheets and find matching symbols to review and count. Material assembly templates calculate quantities with waste factors; custom templates and a community library are available. Takeoffs can be exported as annotated PDFs or CSV files and shared through read-only links. The web application runs in modern browsers on Mac, Windows, iPad, Chromebook, and Android without installation. Pro Monthly costs $39 a month, billed monthly; Pro Annual costs $399 a year, billed annually. Both plans list a full feature set, unlimited storage, projects, and documents for one user. A 14-day trial is available, with no free plan. AI analysis is enabled by default and can be disabled.
