MeasureSquare provides estimating and project-management software for flooring, countertops, stone, and specialty trades. MeasureSquare 8 handles flooring takeoffs and estimates, including measurements, material and labor calculations, and proposals. Its Commercial edition adds AI takeoff and a plan analyzer that can summarize, extract information from, and support chat about blueprints. MeasureSquare Mobile offers laser-device measurement, onsite proposals, tile-texture rendering, and cloud sync; its Multi-family plan imports up to five floor-plan pages for takeoff. Stone Commercial imports PDF, CAD, and image plans for slab layout optimization, virtual dry lays, and shop drawings. CRM connections include MeasureSquare takeoff products, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gmail, and Outlook, while a REST-based Cloud API connects estimation data and project records. Mobile Retail and MeasureSquare 8 Retail are each listed at $54 a month for one user. A free plan and free trial are also listed. The company says one-license subscriptions include 5GB of job-file storage; cancellation does not refund the current billing period.
