Emagia Receivables Management

Emagia Receivables Management automates work across the order-to-cash lifecycle, from invoicing and payment processing to cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and receivables analytics. It brings customer credit, receivables, statements, invoices, disputes, and payments together in a customer view, including across sites and organizations within a company. The software analyzes payment patterns to forecast collections and help teams prioritize follow-ups when behavior changes. Listed capabilities include invoice tracking, payment reminders, a customer payment portal, bank payments, automatic posting, multi-currency support, risk scoring, credit controls, and exception and review workflows. ERP integrations include SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards. Deployment is available as SaaS or on-premise; the cloud service uses monthly subscription fees with a pay-as-you-go model. Global operations can work across currencies, time zones, languages, and financial systems. Emagia says the platform uses encryption, role-based access, and audit trails, and names GDPR and SOX among compliance requirements. It is designed for accounts receivable departments and finance shared service centers at high-volume global operations. Pricing is on request.
