In their own words
Billdr
Billdr is an invoicing and job-management app for Australian tradies, available on iPhone and iPad. Job cards can record customer and site details, labour and materials costs, GST, notes and job status. Users can send a PDF quote and turn a job into an invoice in one tap. The app calculates Australian GST at 10% and supports ABN fields; invoices can include Stripe payment links. Revenue reports cover monthly revenue, outstanding invoices, a six-month trend and jobs by status. Billdr is designed as a standalone tool and does not currently integrate with Xero or MYOB. Its free plan allows up to three jobs; Pro offers unlimited jobs, quotes, payment links, reports, cloud backup and sync, and multi-device access. Pro costs A$14.99 a month or A$119.99 a year. Both plans include a seven-day free trial. Free-tier job and customer data is stored on the device, while Pro data is stored in cloud storage.
Invoicely
Invoicely is cloud invoicing and accounting software for small businesses and freelancers, available on the web, Android and iOS. It creates estimates and invoices in any language or currency, and accepted estimates can become invoices. Recurring invoice profiles and automatic reminders support regular billing. The platform also tracks time, expenses and mileage for use in estimates or invoices, and lets users manage multiple businesses with separate clients, teams and settings. Clients can pay online by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer through gateways including PayPal, Authorize.net, Stripe and Mollie. Currency conversion lets a business receive payment in a selected currency. Dashboard reports cover monthly and yearly statements, income and expenditure, and accounts receivable and payable. The free plan is free and allows five monthly invoices and three saved clients; paid plans start at $9.99 a month. The mobile apps omit subscription changes, reports and team-member logins or creation.
