BillingPlatform Accounts Receivable
BillingPlatform Accounts Receivable automates payment collection, credits, refunds, and past-due account management. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise organizations with complex subscription, usage-based, or multi-entity billing. Billing options include one-time charges, subscriptions, consumption-based, hybrid, and dynamic models. Payment methods include cards, checks, PayPal, direct debit, lockbox, and hosted payment pages; the platform also supports multiple currencies, 3DSv2, SEPA and ACH forms, and cash separation across legal entities. Teams can schedule dunning or trigger actions at past-due thresholds, including notifications, late fees, and suspensions. Credit workflows can consolidate line-item credits into memos or apply earlier billing adjustments as negative invoice charges. Integrations cover CRM, ERP, tax, payment, provisioning, analytics, and data warehouse systems, with Salesforce and SAP among the named examples. The product also provides a customer billing portal, proration controls, and tax automation. It offers SOAP and REST APIs, bulk-load interfaces, FTP/SFTP integrations, and SAML 2.0 support. Pricing is on request, and a free trial is available.
Kugamon
Kugamon provides Salesforce-native software for CPQ, quote-to-cash, subscription management, and billing in one managed package. CPQ supports opportunity-to-quote-to-order workflows, including multiple quotes, versioning, bundles, approvals, PDF quotes, and online acceptance. Quote to Cash adds invoices from released orders, recurring billing schedules, shipments, service delivery schedules, and sales tax and VAT/GST support. Subscription Management includes contract roll-ups for ARR, MRR, and TCV, renewal opportunities and orders, notices, price uplifts, and multiple active contracts. Kugamon runs inside a Salesforce organization and stores quotes, orders, invoices, payments, subscriptions, and renewals as Salesforce records. Listed payment connections include Stripe, Authorize.Net, PayPal, and eWay. The maker says it uses Salesforce's security model and has no external database, middleware, or API sync layer. Plans start at $65 per user per month, billed annually, with a 10-user minimum and 12-month term. Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Enterprise edition or higher is required. A 30-day trial provides a Salesforce Enterprise org with the complete Subscription Billing edition installed and administrator rights.
