In their own words
Bindy
Bindy is a cloud app for audits, tasks, and communication across retail and hospitality networks. Teams can inspect sites, verify brand standards, assign corrective actions, and review reports with signatures, videos, and photo verifications. Users can build customized forms and workflows and work online or offline on any device. Inspections can capture geofencing, routes, weather tags, signatures, photos, videos, GPS coordinates, and an audit trail. Bindy lists 28 built-in reports, and its API can automate data exports to a data warehouse. It supports single sign-on through Okta, Microsoft Azure, and Google SAML, alongside API exports and SFTP updates for sites and users. Starter costs $129 a month and includes 10 inspections per month; SMB costs $499 a month and includes 70. Both allow unlimited users, but unused monthly inspection quotas expire at the end of each billing month. Enterprise uses yearly quotas and invoice billing, with pricing available by quote. Bindy advertises free onboarding and responsive support.
