In their own words
BiteBerry DMS
BiteBerry DMS coordinates restaurant delivery by syncing kitchens with couriers, supporting in-house and external fleets, and automating dispatch. Its kitchen app allows customizable preparation steps, receipt and label printing, and order sorting by priority, courier, tag, or station. The included Driver app lets couriers confirm orders ready for pickup, navigate routes, and manage multi-point pickups and multi-drop deliveries. Dispatchers can assign and dispatch orders in two clicks. Route calculations use real-time traffic, order priority, and distance, with routes adjusting dynamically and urgent orders prioritized automatically. Customers can follow deliveries in real time through a tracker customized with a restaurant’s logo and colors, and chat with couriers. Analytics report delivery times, success rates, order volumes, and driver efficiency in real time. Listed integrations include delivery services such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Wolt, Just Eat, Foodora, and Bolt, as well as POS and integration platforms. Its public API covers menus, orders, hours, and health, with two-way webhooks. BiteBerry is based in Žilina, Slovakia. Delivery Management starts at €75/mo per location; no free plan is listed, but a free trial is available.
Catcher
Catcher is a B2B last-mile marketplace that connects restaurants and other businesses with delivery drivers and fleets. It presents itself as a delivery partner for independent restaurants, chains, and franchises, with coverage across more than 350 cities in Spain and Portugal. Restaurants and drivers set their own terms, and the app alerts drivers when a delivery matches their price range. After a match, customers receive a message to track the order and see its location. Catcher offers Android, iOS, web, and API access, plus native integrations with management, loyalty, and order-aggregator systems that synchronize orders, menus, promotions, and customers in real time. Its API uses REST principles and OAuth 2.0; credentials must be requested from Catcher, and requests need an API key. The published Spain rates exclude VAT: merchants pay €0.99 per order for 0–500 monthly orders per location or €0.79 per order above 500, plus a €490, paid once implementation fee. Drivers pay €0.29, paid once per accepted marketplace order.
