BiteBerry DMS
BiteBerry DMS coordinates restaurant delivery by syncing kitchens with couriers, supporting in-house and external fleets, and automating dispatch. Its kitchen app allows customizable preparation steps, receipt and label printing, and order sorting by priority, courier, tag, or station. Dispatchers can assign and dispatch orders in two clicks. Route calculations use real-time traffic, order priority, and distance, with routes adjusting dynamically and urgent orders prioritized automatically. Customers can follow deliveries in real time through a tracker customized with a restaurant’s logo and colors, and chat with couriers. Analytics report delivery times, success rates, order volumes, and driver efficiency in real time. Listed integrations include delivery services such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Wolt, Just Eat, Foodora, and Bolt, as well as POS and integration platforms. Its public API covers menus, orders, hours, and health, with two-way webhooks. BiteBerry is based in Žilina, Slovakia. Delivery Management starts at €75/mo per location; no free plan is listed, but a free trial is available.
GoSufra
GoSufra is a restaurant operating system that brings together point of sale, kitchen display, online ordering, delivery, inventory, recipe costing, HR, payroll, and double-entry accounting. Six connected apps share a live database for managers, cashiers, kitchen staff, waiters, delivery drivers, and customers. The POS supports dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, with split bills, modifiers, discounts, and thermal printing. Kitchen displays show live tickets, prep stations, priorities, and timers. Inventory tools cover per-branch stock, purchase orders, batches, expiry tracking, stocktakes, and waste logging; recipes calculate plate costs and deduct ingredients when items sell. Accounting posts journals from sales, refunds, purchases, and payroll, and provides trial balances, profit and loss, balance sheets, and branch tax reports. POS, kitchen, and waiter apps queue orders offline and sync when a connection returns. The free Starter plan is limited to one branch and five users, with core POS, kitchen, inventory, and recipe features. Listed platforms are Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows.
