Onguard Collections
Onguard Collections uses CaseControl to handle unpaid invoices after amicable dunning has not collected them. It is intended for collection agencies, bailiffs, collection lawyers, and in-house special asset departments. The web-based, responsive application supports high case volumes and bulk processing, with automatic digital files; third parties can access assigned cases online while users initiate and monitor actions. It supports legal and non-legal time registration, SMS messaging, payment-provider links, dashboards, agendas, cash-flow forecasting, and performance indicators. The CreditManager API can transfer overdue invoices and special management requests to collection agencies, then exchange case-status and file updates. The broader CreditManager solution includes risk scoring from internal and external data, automatic dunning workflows, dispute management, payment arrangements, and a Debtor Portal for invoice copies, payment links, and self-service payments. Onguard describes CaseControl as available in multiple languages and currencies, with unlimited users and data and a tailored interface. Pricing is on request; the listed CreditManager plan is billed as “Request a demo.”
