The platform also supports digital observations, learning journeys and development reports. Billing covers invoices, fees, online payments, payment portals and automated funding calculations. AI attendance tracking provides smart check-ins that learn nursery patterns. Nurseries can manage unlimited rooms, groups and sites under one account, with permissions that limit what site managers see. Data is stored on UK-based servers and encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3. BloomKidz states it is GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified and ICO registered. Paid monthly plans start at £24.99 per month for 1–30 children, and the 30-day trial can be cancelled without fees or lock-in. All features are free through 31 December 2026 under the listed offer.
