In their own words
Bluedot
Bluedot captures and transcribes online and in-person meetings, then creates summaries in more than 100 languages. It can record without a bot joining the call. Its built-in AI chat answers questions and finds insights across multiple meetings, while searchable transcripts and summaries can be shared by link, commented on, or clipped into highlights. Listed capture contexts include Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Capture is available through browser extensions, desktop apps, and mobile apps. Bluedot also lists integrations such as Google Calendar, Drive, HubSpot, Notion, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, and Zoom. The free plan includes five meetings over the account’s lifetime; recordings can still be viewed and shared afterward. Paid plans start at $14/user/mo billed annually, and a three-day trial is listed. The Basic plan limits each recording to one hour. Bluedot says it encrypts data in transit and at rest and does not use customer data to train AI models.
VOMO
VOMO turns uploaded meetings, interviews, voice memos, and YouTube videos into transcripts, summaries, action items, and shareable notes. Smart Notes can organize material into summaries, key takeaways, action items, chapters, and decisions; users can edit them and make custom templates. Meeting capture is by upload, with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex listed as meeting platforms. Transcription supports 90 languages. Users can upload up to 10 audio or video files at once; YouTube transcription requires available captions. Notes and transcripts can be shared through public links or exported as PDF, HTML, or TXT. A CLI can connect notes to Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and MCP clients, but is read-only and limited to the signed-in user’s notes. VOMO is available on web, iOS, and Android; its CLI instructions cover macOS, Linux, and Windows and require Node.js 18 or later. Free provides 60 minutes at signup and a 30-minute per-file limit. Pro is $1.92 a month, billed weekly, with unlimited minutes and a three-hour per-file limit.
