In their own words

BoardBook Premier

BoardBook Premier is web-based software for preparing meetings, assembling materials, communicating with attendees, conducting meetings and documenting results. Users can arrange agenda items and distribute packets digitally or in print. The software converts uploaded files to PDF and paginates agenda attachments, while permission levels help organizations limit access to information. Workflow tools coordinate multiple contributors to recurring meetings. Organizations can publish agendas, notices and minutes through their public website, and use the public portal to share selected documents or restrict access to materials and links. A complete packet can be downloaded for offline viewing, but building or compiling packets requires internet access and a browser. BoardBook Premier is used by school boards, government entities, nonprofits, libraries and businesses. It supports Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows. Subscriptions include unlimited training and support, with weekday support hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. Pricing is available on request.
