BoardFlow vs NEOGOV Onboard

BoardFlow is a freemium browser tool that records workflows and turns them into role-based onboarding guides. Its Chrome extension captures clicks, form inputs, page navigation and tab switches across browser tabs. Generated guides contain numbered titles, plain-English descriptions, URLs and screenshots, and can be edited before publication. Organizations assign guides to teams and positions so employees receive relevant checklists, while owners and managers can view completion status. Public links allow viewing without an account. BoardFlow also describes timestamped, exportable workflow documentation with screenshots for audit use. The web app for guides, team management and checklists runs in any modern browser without installation. The Free plan includes one team, 10 guide recordings, Chrome recording and public sharing links. Pro costs $5 a month and includes three teams, 50 recordings total, unlimited members, advanced progress tracking and priority support. Business costs $15 a month with 20 teams and 100 recordings; organization dashboards are marked as coming soon. Recordings are stored on BoardFlow’s servers.
