In their own words

BoardSpot

BoardSpot is a board portal for managing meetings, documents, and member activity in one place. Its agenda builder structures meetings, while the minutes builder supports motions and presenter assignments. The portal tracks attendance and bases quorum on who is present; users can create votes, manage voter eligibility, and display results. It manages organization, board, and meeting documents, with unlimited document storage listed across plans. Members can be notified to sign documents and manage signatures within BoardSpot. Downloadable meeting packets combine agendas, locations, and other meeting details. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet integrations can create meeting spaces with user authorization; calendar invitations and iCal feeds support syncing meetings with personal calendars. BoardSpot runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Essentials costs $105 a month, Standard $250 a month, and Professional $365 a month. Enterprise pricing is by quote.

Quorum

Quorum is a private portal for nonprofit formation and board governance. Its California edition provides a 27-step launch checklist across five stages, with plain-language guidance and links to agency and IRS filing pages. Quorum names DocuSeal, Zoom, Google Calendar, and email providers as connected services. It works on the web and installs as a browser app on iPhone, iPad, and Android; Chrome and Edge support computer installation. Users may create an organization and explore every screen without a card, but changes and board invitations require payment. Starter costs $49 a month (billed $49/month or $490/year — 2 months free) for up to seven board members. Growth costs $149 a month; Scale costs $299 a month.
