Its agent can answer questions, qualify leads, prepare quotes, book appointments, update CRMs, trigger workflows and send follow-ups. Training inputs include websites, documents, knowledge bases, product and pricing data, support ticket history, instructions and Q&A. The same agent can work across website chat, WhatsApp and email with shared conversation history; the maker says it speaks 95+ languages. Teams can automate actions, require approval for sensitive steps, or take over a conversation with context and an audit trail. Listed integrations include CRM, support, email marketing, calendar and website platforms, as well as webhooks. API access and webhooks are included in Growth, Business and Scale.
