In their own words
Bookables
Bookables is a web booking platform for service businesses, combining bookings, scheduling, customers, quotes, and payments. It supports mobile services, appointments, venues, hire, classes, and courses. Customers can choose a service and available slot on a business booking page, with pricing shown before booking. The schedule includes calendar and map views, route stops, and drive times; Pro can offer customers the slot that adds the least driving. Estimates and quotes are unlimited and free on every plan, while good, better, best estimate options are included with Pro. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 200 bookings/month, unlimited staff, estimates, services, and territories, with no credit card required. Pro has no monthly fee and costs $1 as a one-time purchase per confirmed booking; card payments cost 3% per transaction. Prepaid Pro packs cost $0.50 as a one-time purchase for 1,000 bookings or $0.75, paid once for 500 bookings, with credits that never expire. Bookables lists accounting sync and connections to other apps as part of the Pro add-on. It states that it does not provide checkpoint scanning, live tracking, or incident reporting for security patrol work.
