BookFit
BookFit is studio management software for fitness trainers and studios, bringing scheduling, memberships, payments, and client booking together. Trainers can set up recurring classes, workshops, private sessions, capacity rules, waitlists, cancellation policies, reminders, and 24/7 self-booking. Studios can sell memberships and class packs online, process Stripe payments, issue receipts and refunds, and follow package balances. Client profiles include history, notes, and memberships, and the platform supports digital waivers. Members can book through a branded client app and booking site; custom apps and websites are optional add-ons. BookFit provides booking and revenue visibility, with tax tracking and transaction export on the Studio plan. The free plan includes unlimited clients and bookings, but charges a 3.5% + €0.25 all-in payment fee. Trainer costs €49 a month, or €490 annually; Studio costs €89 a month, or €890 annually. Studio supports up to six users total, including the owner. BookFit is available on Android, iOS, and the web.
