In their own words

BoomTax

BoomTax is a web and API service for electronic filing of 1099, W-2, and ACA forms. It accepts imported tax data through Excel templates or integrations with accounting and payroll systems such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, ADP, Workday, and others. Its REST API accepts JSON submissions, validates data before filing, tracks status, and generates recipient-copy PDFs. BoomTax can file with the IRS, SSA, and state agencies, while automatic checks include TIN matching against IRS records, EIN verification, and error detection. Recipient copies can be sent by print and mail, compliant e-delivery with consent collection, or self-service PDF printing. Users can create an account and import data without a credit card; payment is required for e-filing, downloading, or printing. BoomTax says its workflow does not require customers’ own IRS or SSA account or TCC. It offers unlimited corrections, SOC 2 Type II certification, and 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest.

CenterPoint Fund Accounting

CenterPoint Fund Accounting is a nonprofit financial management system available as a local installation or cloud-based system. It tracks unlimited funds and grants, with departmental, custom, and budget-versus-actual variance reporting and drill-down to original entries. Its purchase-order module manages purchases and requisitions; receiving an order automatically creates an accounts-payable transaction. Integrated payroll supports employees working across multiple funds while receiving one W-2, with taxable wages reported on one Form 941. Custom reports can be exported to spreadsheets, word-processing files, and other formats. Security controls include password-protected databases, user accounts, transaction tracking, user groups, policies, and administrator-managed report-level security. Version 21 adds backup and restore for the database, file repository, and Aatrix history, plus AI-assisted invoice and receipt scanning through a mobile-friendly web app. After installation, the product runs in a 30-day demo mode until registration. Pricing is provided by sales, and a free trial is listed. Recommended specifications call for Windows 10 or higher, 64-bit, along with Microsoft .NET 8 Runtime and SQL Server 2014 or higher; SQL Server 2019 Express is included.
