BoomTown
BoomTown offers real estate technology that includes lead generation, IDX websites, a CRM, and lead management services. Its web product includes property listings, property search, IDX integration, and lead capture tools. The Success Assurance service uses a Concierge team to monitor lead behavior and engage leads; the help center says the team contacts new leads within 90 seconds. Marketing Central lets users create Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, set budgets, and review campaign reporting. Users can also build drag-and-drop landing pages and use or create campaign templates. BoomTown NOW is a mobile app for following up with leads by call, email, and text, and it syncs with lead profiles. The CRM is accessible through desktop and mobile web browsers; supported browsers listed by the help center include Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari. BoomTown offers support through CRM live chat, email, and phone, plus free Training University courses for users on Core, Grow, and Advance. Plans list two users for Launch, five for Core, and either 10 or 25 for Grow. Advance lists multi-MLS support and office-focused tools. Pricing is on request; additional users are listed at $35 per active user above the license allowance, with the fee potentially varying by platform.
