In their own words

Boostpoint

Boostpoint is a web service for employers hiring frontline, hourly, and skilled workers. It turns job openings into social advertising, collects applicants through a short mobile application, and routes them to an ATS, its in-app CRM, an export, or email. Attract is a managed service that creates and runs campaigns from submitted job descriptions on Facebook and Instagram; TikTok access is in beta. Programmatic creates individual ads from ATS or XML-feed jobs and starts or stops them as openings change. Connect adds automated SMS follow-up, interview scheduling, re-engagement, and recruiter-inbox replies. Applicants answer screening questions and do not need to attach a resume file. ATS and XML connections are supported, including a live integration listed in the Phenom marketplace. Subscription prices are quoted by job volume, while advertising is separate; Boostpoint recommends at least $750 monthly per job category. Both charges appear on one invoice, and customers do not pay Meta directly.

Gem ATS

Gem ATS is an applicant tracking system for talent acquisition teams, covering applicant review, hiring workflows, and reporting. Its AI Application Review Agent scores and ranks applicants against hiring criteria, while an AI Fraud Detection Agent flags suspicious applications. After interviews, Gem turns interviewer feedback into structured scorecard summaries. Teams can manage a visual pipeline with SLA indicators, offers and approvals, built-in e-signatures, and workflow automations. Gem ATS can operate as a standalone product and shares data with Gem sourcing, scheduling, and analytics products; those products are available to add as a team grows. Gem lists integrations with Checkr, BrightHire, DocuSign, CodeSignal, and other tools. The company says it can migrate teams from Greenhouse or Lever, including data migration, integration setup, and onboarding. Gem states that data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 and data in transit with browser-based TLS. Its listed Startup Program plan costs $130 a year, with the page also showing $130 per month and $270. Other plans use custom pricing based on company FTE count.
