In their own words
Boostpoint
Boostpoint is a web service for employers hiring frontline, hourly, and skilled workers. It turns job openings into social advertising, collects applicants through a short mobile application, and routes them to an ATS, its in-app CRM, an export, or email. Attract is a managed service that creates and runs campaigns from submitted job descriptions on Facebook and Instagram; TikTok access is in beta. Programmatic creates individual ads from ATS or XML-feed jobs and starts or stops them as openings change. Connect adds automated SMS follow-up, interview scheduling, re-engagement, and recruiter-inbox replies. Applicants answer screening questions and do not need to attach a resume file. ATS and XML connections are supported, including a live integration listed in the Phenom marketplace. Subscription prices are quoted by job volume, while advertising is separate; Boostpoint recommends at least $750 monthly per job category. Both charges appear on one invoice, and customers do not pay Meta directly.
