Docyt
Docyt is a cloud ERP combining accounting, payments, and business intelligence for hotels, restaurants, retailers, and franchises. Its accounting suite automates revenue reconciliation, ongoing bank and card reconciliation, and month-end close on Docyt’s ledger. Payment tools include bill pay, corporate cards, receivables, vendor management, and budget controls. For reporting, it offers daily flash reports, USALI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. Docyt connects to POS and business management systems to bring in revenue, customer, and transaction data, with integrations listed across hospitality, retail, restaurant, SaaS, ERP, and accounting systems. Its mobile app supports expense management, transaction categorization, revenue tracking, and financial reports. Docyt says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, and that customer data is not used to train models for other companies or sent to public models for training.
