Galantis WhatsApp is a web platform for Shopify stores that run targeted WhatsApp campaigns, recover abandoned carts, send restock alerts and manage customer replies. Campaigns can use live Shopify segments and rich WhatsApp message formats. Automations can trigger messages after cart abandonment, repeat purchases or inactivity, while Galantis AI can turn a prompt into an automation connected to Shopify data. Incoming messages become structured conversations in a shared inbox where teams can assign, prioritize and resolve them with Shopify customer context. The app syncs customers, segments, products and conversation context with Shopify and works with Meta Catalog. The free plan costs nothing and includes 20 platform credits, one automation flow, one campaign per month, up to 100 contacts and 50 inbox messages. Paid plans start with Starter at $39 a month, with a 7-day free trial listed. The app supports English, Turkish and Dutch. DigiFist provides support and says it does not sell personal data.
