In their own words
Velarya
Velarya is a patient loyalty platform for healthcare and beauty practices, combining an app for booking, rewards, and treatment purchases with practice tools. Patients earn points on purchases and can receive sign-up bonuses, birthday gifts, and check-in rewards; points become wallet credit. Referral codes reward both the member and a friend who joins. Practices can sell monthly memberships that renew automatically, with payments going to the practice’s Stripe account. Appointment reminders, birthday messages, and waitlist alerts can be sent by push notification, text, or email, with replies collected in one inbox. Practices can disable Velarya booking and retain their existing scheduler while patients still use the app to buy treatments and collect rewards. The platform offers payment processing, client records, and digital forms. Velarya says it signs a Business Associate Agreement with every practice before handling protected health information and stores production data in the United States. Plans start with a four-week free trial and are priced per location per month; no price is listed. Android and iOS apps are available, and Branded and Connected plans include practice-branded apps.
