In their own words
Brandlyre
Brandlyre is a web-based social media planner that builds a structured brand profile from a website, then drafts and schedules content for approval. The profile captures voice, audience, objectives, tone, and visual identity. AI tools can create captions, hooks, threads, LinkedIn articles, images, and content plans. Publishing uses official OAuth connections to Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, TikTok, Threads, and X. Instagram feed posts, carousels, and Stories are supported, as are TikTok photo posts; video and Reels are not supported. Posts can enter a review queue for batch approval, editing, or deletion, while separate reviewer accounts remain roadmap work. Users can manage unlimited brands, each with its own workspace, calendar, media library, profile, and connected accounts. Claude and ChatGPT can connect through a custom connector, sending drafts to the approval queue without independent publishing. Google Gemini is the default AI provider, with OpenAI as an opt-in fallback. Brandlyre says customer content is not used to train models. The Early access plan is free, with 100 starting AI credits; AI actions consume credits, while publishing does not.
InMedia
InMedia creates social media posts, carousels, and videos from plain-language prompts, applying a brand’s saved colors, fonts, logo, and style preferences through Brand Kits. Users can request edits to text, colors, or format by describing the change. Posts export as PNG images, carousels as ZIP files, and videos as MP4 files. Content is optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; the FAQ says support for additional platforms is being added. Direct publishing integrations are on the roadmap, so publishing currently requires manual export or a connection through the API and webhooks to a scheduler. Webhooks can send generation notifications to Zapier, Make, or internal systems. Growth and Elite include API access for triggering generation, retrieving assets, and managing projects. Generation pauses when a plan’s monthly quota is used up, until renewal or upgrade. Pricing starts at $8.90 per month, and a 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan. InMedia is intended for creators, agencies, and brands.
