Breezeworks
Breezeworks gives service businesses tools to schedule and dispatch jobs, manage customer records, invoice, and collect payments. Its job calendar syncs across devices and team members, and customer records keep contact details, job history, payment records, and equipment information together. Invoices can include a business logo, contract terms, and photos of completed work. Customers can pay by card on-site or online through Square or Breezeworks Payments. The service can send targeted emails and texts for lead win-back, review requests, and seasonal promotions. Android and iOS apps support scheduling, invoicing, payments, real-time team tracking, messaging, customer history, and job notes; Breezeworks is also available on the web. All plans include payment processing through Square and Breezeworks Payments, QuickBooks integration, and email support. Solo costs $31.99 per month and includes one user. Team costs $41.99 per month plus $14.99 per user, with team scheduling, permissions, GPS tracking, dispatching, messaging, job mapping, and advanced reporting. A 14-day trial is listed, but there is no free plan.
