Its library includes more than 3,500 validated tests across role-specific, cognitive, coding, language, and personality categories. Teams can create assessments with video, audio, coding, and situational-judgment questions. Interviews can be one-way or two-way and use video, audio, or chat, including conversational AI interviews. Testlify says it automatically evaluates video, audio, chat, and coding responses, while recruiters retain control of final hiring decisions. Proctoring options include full-screen enforcement, tab-switch and copy-paste detection, webcam snapshots, and IP or location checks.
