Brightidea
Brightidea provides software for organizations to collect and manage ideas, run innovation initiatives, and measure ROI across the innovation journey. Its suite includes Whiteboard, Idea Box, Program, Hackathon, Lab, Ecosystem, and Transformation. Idea Box captures and tracks ideas, while Whiteboard supports brainstorming and data-informed decisions. Listed workflow tools include idea scoring, voting, custom fields, duplicate detection, and evaluation. Transformation uses stage-gate pipelines to source, test, prioritize, and track ideas. Participation through Brightidea Program can happen in a branded web portal, mobile app, email, paper form, or Amazon Echo skill. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Asana, ChatGPT, ServiceNow, Zapier, and Google Drive; RESTful APIs and webhooks support connections with other systems and endpoints. Brightidea says its application runs in AWS data centers in the United States and European Union, with AES-256 encryption at rest and HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. Access controls include SAML single sign-on, configurable password rules, granular privileges, and IP restrictions. Pricing is on request, and a 30-day free trial is available for Idea Box. The Memo Team Site plan is $99 a month.
