In their own words
BrightLocal Reputation Manager
BrightLocal Reputation Manager helps businesses collect, monitor, answer, and display customer reviews. It gathers reviews from more than 80 sites, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Yellow Pages, BBB.org, Foursquare, and industry-specific platforms. Users receive new-review notifications, reports, and real-time alerts about negative feedback. Review invitations can go out through branded email, SMS, QR codes, or in-store campaigns, with automation available. Users can answer Google and Facebook reviews in BrightLocal; for other sites, it provides a link to the listing. Dashboard AI assistance can draft replies, and customizable review widgets can be added to websites without coding. The Grow plan covers one location and includes monitoring, responses, requests by email, SMS and in-store campaigns, and a website widget. It costs $65 a month billed monthly, or $584 USD billed annually ($49 / mo). The paid service has no free plan, but offers a 14-day full-access trial without a credit card. SMS requests use credits, and in-app replies to Google and Facebook reviews are limited to 350 characters.
LocalClarity
LocalClarity is a web and API platform for businesses managing reviews and reputation across locations. ReviewsInbox collects feedback from multiple services so teams can monitor, compare, and respond in one place. Its listed sources include Google, Facebook, Booking.com, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Apple App Store, Google Play, and many other directories and review services. Generative AI suggests multilingual replies and analyzes review topics and sentiment on a five-point scale. No-code automation can assign or tag reviews and send notifications based on configured triggers. A Review Timeline records changes to Google ratings, comments, and responses; automated campaigns support location-specific templates, timing, rotation, and AI-generated responses. Monitoring alerts and review display widgets are also listed. API access for connecting listing and review data to internal systems or other tools is available by request. The company offers a free start without a credit card. Google Only is $8 a month billed yearly, per location, or $10.00/mo billed monthly. Professional is $16 a month billed yearly per location, or $20.00/mo billed monthly. LocalClarity says it serves businesses from single-location shops to large retail chains in over 100 countries.
