Brikone
Brikone is a property management platform for rent collection, maintenance, and financial tracking. Tenants can pay by ACH, credit or debit card, use autopay, and see payment status; automatic late fees are also available. Payments run through Stripe Connect to a manager’s connected bank account, and Brikone says it does not hold funds. Accounting includes a double-entry general ledger, owner statements, and financial reports. Trust accounting and three-way reconciliation are included in Professional and Enterprise. Tenants can send maintenance requests with photos, while managers prioritize work, assign vendors, and issue status updates. HandyBrik coordinates maintenance triage and contractor dispatch; LeaseBrik handles lead responses, showings, applicant screening, and lease generation, with users approving each step. Brikone serves residential property managers in the United States and supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. Landlord is free forever for up to 3 units. Paid plans start at $49 a month, with a 14-day trial; unit limits block further additions until an upgrade.

Its tools cover property accounting, leases, maintenance, work orders, vendors, assets, space and inspections. Financial features include planning, forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. An AI-powered assistant answers questions about portfolio performance with actionable insights. PMX supports data import and export, while built-in tools and APIs allow pages, reports and workflows to be personalized. MRI says the suite includes tenant screening and ID verification and connects with MRI and third-party applications. Web access is available; MRI's training catalog describes Windows access, and mobile access is listed for iOS and Android.
