HandyBrik coordinates maintenance triage and contractor dispatch; LeaseBrik handles lead responses, showings, applicant screening, and lease generation, with users approving each step. Brikone serves residential property managers in the United States and supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. Landlord is free forever for up to 3 units. Paid plans start at $49 a month, with a 14-day trial; unit limits block further additions until an upgrade.
