In their own words

Broadvoice Cloud PBX

Broadvoice Cloud PBX is a cloud-hosted business phone system with local numbers, extensions, custom call routing, auto attendants, voicemail transcription, and desktop and mobile apps. Administrators manage users, numbers, menus, extensions, and call rules from one portal. Routing can use multi-level IVRs, time, department, priority, availability, ring groups, queues, forwarding, and custom schedules. Teams can manage multiple locations and hybrid cloud PBX/SIP systems, while employees use desk phones, softphones, or mobile apps with the same business number and routing rules. b-hive Communicator adds calling, chat, video meetings, text messaging, voicemail, and screen sharing; meetings support up to 50 participants. Browser, Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android access are listed. Broadvoice states that Communicator includes SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, private meeting lobbies, and role-based access controls. Metered costs $10 a month, Standard $18 a month, and Pro $23 a month. Features progress from forwarding and hot desking to unlimited calling, messaging, fax, recording, video, screen sharing, and integrations.
