In their own words
CloudSafe
CloudSafe is web-based building compliance software for building managers, safety officers and facilities teams. It catalogs safety assets, their inspection histories and upcoming due dates. Staff can tap an NFC tag with a phone to see an asset’s last test and record a sign-off; digital forms capture structured inspections with photos. Contractor tools cover digital IDs, QR site induction, permits to work and access control. Role-based reminders can go by email, SMS or Slack, and inspection schedules sync with Google, Outlook and iCal. Tests, sign-offs and documents are timestamped and linked to assets, with photo and signature evidence; records can be exported for the Building Safety Act Golden Thread. CloudSafe offers a 30-day free trial with no card required. Contractors can get free accounts to log tests, upload certificates and accept permits; customers pay per managed building, with pricing available on request. The maker says data is stored in London, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.
