In their own words
Bryka
Bryka turns business websites, documents, and product data into AI agents that can answer questions, take actions, and capture leads. Agents can be prepared by crawling a website, uploading documents, or connecting sources, with support for 50+ file formats. Depending on configuration, they can look up orders, book meetings, create tickets, and call customer APIs through webhooks. They can collect names and email addresses, score lead intent, and send leads to a CRM through webhooks. Agents can be placed on a website through an embed or used through Slack, WhatsApp, or an API. Analytics logs conversations, surfaces gaps, and tracks resolution and leads. The developer documentation describes a REST API with streaming chat, webhook events, and a website widget SDK. Bryka says traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 via AWS-managed keys, workspace content is logically isolated, and customer data is not used to train models. The Free plan includes one chatbot and 50 messages per month; paid plans start at $32/mo (annual). Bryka Text adds consent-based SMS continuation and human handoff as a $49 a month add-on.
Sarufi
Sarufi is a conversational AI platform for building, testing, and deploying agents that automate business processes. One agent can run across WhatsApp, SMS, USSD, and an embeddable web widget. Teams can visually design customer journeys, add AI responses, connect a knowledge base, and configure payment steps or API calls without code for core journeys. Flow actions include messages with buttons, lists, and media, conditions, LLM agents with tools and context, and API calls. Listed integrations include WhatsApp Business API, Meta Cloud API, Africa’s Talking, Beem, USSD providers, REST APIs, and webhooks. Sarufi says it uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform and supports interactive messages, UI Flows, and approved templates. Developers get REST APIs, webhooks, per-chatbot MCP servers, and plain-JSON flows editable in a built-in IDE and kept in git. Conversations can be escalated to a person with history and context. The product page says it natively supports more than 10 African languages. A free plan is available; the Developer plan lists 1,000 messages per month with no price shown.
